ABOUT GRAND MASTER KWON
Grand Master Eun Soo Kwon
was born November 5, 1969, in Chunglu, the capital ciy of Chung Cheong Buk-Do, South Korea. He was a small child and was bullied. He wished to gain self-confidence and joined a martial arts studio at the age of eight. The martial arts he trained in are Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Wushu. He continued throughout his school years striving for excellence in the arts. He obtained his 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 6th Dan in Hapkido and a 1st Dan in Wushu, an official sport of the Asian Games. He is proficient in Bon Kuk Gum Do (Korean swordsmanship).
He served in the Korean army for three years. Upon his discharge from the army, he gained a vast career as an action actor, stuntman, became a bodyguard with the International Bodyguard Association where he protected entertainers, CEO's, mayors and congressmen.
He immigrated to the United States in 1999. Grand Master Kwon's dream was to build a martial art studio to be able to share the philosophy of martial arts. In 2008, Grand Master Kwon acquired Moo Hak Sun World Power Martial Arts Studio
and brings with him 36 years of experience in Martial arts including 26 years of instructing the arts. He earned the title of Korean National Lightweight Martial Arts Sparring Champion in 1992 and won 1st place in Tae Kwon Do Poomse at the 2012 Las Vegas Championship- Kukkiwon Cup.
Now he can share his philosophy and the benefits of martial arts: moral character, peaceful life, self-discipline, self-confidence, self-respect, perseverance, leadership, and communication development.
